/Bisphenolics

  • Redid digestions of ER1+ER2, LacIQERE w/ Xbal/Pst using a diff. source of DNA than previous attempt
  • Prepped gel and loaded it with above digests, along with yesterday's digests - LacIQERE may be a bit too small; may submit LacIQERETET, instead.
  • Digestion of ER1, ER2 w/ Age & Ngo

  • Sequenced 21+22+23 colonies 1,3,4; 24+25
