Making Frozen Glycerol Stock from Overnight Culture

  • Take 2mls of ON culture and pipette into a sterilised cryo tube.
  • Add 0.5ml of autoclaved 50% glycerol solution
  • Vortex briefly to mix
  • Store at -80˚C
