Hung, Choon Kit:
- Glycerol stock for MG1655, BW,W3110 (morning)
- Inoculation for RBS 0034, T7 promoter
- Re-do the amplification of GFP generator and RBS 0032 as no bacteria colonies growing on these plates were observed in the morning.
