Two agar streak plates and two 3-ml liquid cultures were prepared for each of the Wintergreen scent, Banana scent, and Salicylate Generator plates and placed in the incubator (apparently successful transformations). Still, no colonies have been noted for the Lux ABCDE and T7 Promoter transformations.
