Today we amplify the genes of bphB, bphC and bphD. The yield is pretty satisfying. Then restriction digestion is performed for three hours and ligation is performed. After transformation the cells are incubated in 37 degree.

T7 amplication system is under construction. T7 terminator is amplyfied. Then restriction digestion, ligation and transformation is performed. The result is not good.
