  2. Checking resistance for ampicillin concentrations: 50, 75 i 100 μg/ml (50 - fast growth, 75 - slower growth, 100 - bacteria grow slightly, then aggregate).

  1. Inoculation of 50 μl of previous-day culture into 3 ml liquid LB with kanamycin, 50 μg/ml ampicillin, IPTG and purified "prey" protein.
  2. Overnight incubation.
