[x] PCR of PHB A, B, C genes using genomic DNA and Phusion polymerase
- Try it with the 1:100 dilution of Rm1021 CB (cosmid bank) DNA, left in the "good constructs" box
- Use only the conditions that worked best in the Taq test PCR
- Be sure to do (+) and (-) controls
- Run overnight
