[] based on gel results, get stuff ready to send for sequencing
- gel results looked terrible therefore no sequencing for Friday
[] send promising Thursday preps for sequencing

[x] run trial gel on uncut samples from Thu
- looked okay so ran another gel to check for contamination in buffer, RNase, MQ, and NotI

[] organise freezer boxes
