  • Reordered pPIC6alpha, Blasticidin, and X-33 stab (because they discontiuned the Kit) from Invitrogen.
  • Read first half of pPIC6alpha manual
  • Wrote some highlights from manual
  • Designed another logo for LiP
  • Designed Primer for LiP cloning into pPIC6alpha
  • Lee began work on cDNA for LiP, hopefully, he will have the PCR fragments tomorrow.
  • Ordered Primer from Invitrogen
  • Ordered EcoRI, NotI, and pGEM Kit from Promega.
