Tests for ampicillin resistance given by protein added to medium

1. Inoculation of OmpA_variant from previous day to LB + 0.25 mM IPTG, kanamycin and 50 μl/ml ampicylin with minimum concentration of prey (yesterday results).
2. Mesurment of growth after 6 hours - 2 fold digger growth with interacting proteins (Omp_A_omega 2x more than Omp_omega with protein Z_alpha etc..)!!!
