Received some ordered chemicals and 96-well (Black)
Conducted PCR of E7-imm
Prepared 500ml LB broths for Amp and Kanamycin to be used for the next few days
Autoclaved more items for future use, espeically 1.5ml eppendorf tubes that would be used excessively during characterization
Inoculated LacI-GFP BL21 cells into 2 times 5ml of LBA to prpeare cell samples for friday's characterization experiment
