  • Selim Sheikh:
    • Ran gel of the lambda DNA PCR that was done the previous day

(from left to right, lane 1: 1Kb, lane 2: lambda DNA PCR)

    • Excised band that appeared around 600 bp (thought to be desired PCR product)
      • Zymo DNA Recovery protocol
        • eluted with 12 ul of dH2O
    • Prepared PCR with same mix as that of the previous day except with the excised and recovered DNA instead of lambda DNA
