Experiments

digest the biobrick BBa_B0034/32/30 with SpeI and pstI.
digest the biobrick BBa_B0070 and C0070-B0015 with XbaI and pstI.
run gel and extract the digest DNA parts
ligate B0034 + C0070-B0015,B0032+C0070,B0032+C0070.
