Control digestion of the final pSB1A2-receiver-colicinE1 plasmid (LuxR-colicinE1-receiver). Bright bands of ladder from bottom to top: 3000 bp, 1000 bp and 500 bp. First two bands contain approximately 5200 bp, which is the whole plasmid, cutted once by XbaI (X) or SpeI (S). Third row confirms right size of plasmid (~2000 bp) and Insert (receiver-colicinE1 ~3200 bp) and therefore confirms successful cloning. Last row shows the undigested plasmid as negative control.
