Team Sorbitol:

We realized there might be problem with the pBAD30-srlD vector since some of the bands from yesterday were a little off. We digested the vector to verify that it did have our gene. The digestion verified that the plasmid is correct and that there may be a problem with our PCR set up.

Ran sequencing reation.
