- F1 = C0070 (insert) + B0015 (vector) for the 2nd plasmid.
- B1 = B0034 (vector) + LacIm (Insert)
- A2 = A1 (Insert) + B0034 (Vector) -> will not be used
- D2 = D1 (Insert) + RFP E1010 (Vector)
PCR of Plac from pHD1. New digestion : Plac with XP (insert), B0015 with SP (Vector)
Test surface chemistry for MITOMI experiment :
