We ligated VP16, TUP1, LexA-BD, LacI-BD, CI-BD, tetR-BD, CFP, EYFP, mOrange and mCherry into the linker2 Backvector.
We ligated cyc16, cyc28, cyc43, cyc70, cyc100 into the kozak2 backvector.
