- Maxi-prep of J-brick, assuming high copy number plasmid.

- Gel of J-brick maxi-prep, results indicate large plasmid at well over 13K. Assumed incorrect, to be repeated.
July 3
- Repeat gel, of J-brick maxi prep from July 1st, negative results. Gel from July 2nd assumed contamination from other lanes.
July 4
- Preparation of media.
July 7
- Seeding of J-brick for mini-prep, 4x5mL cultures with ampicillin.
July 8
- Mini-prep of J-brick cultures followed by gel giving negative results - no DNA seen, but ladder appears normal.
