Overnight Results
- Although plates have only grown ~13h most have colonies
- A37 and A38 don't have colonies. They both used 1AK3
Accomplished
- Did A35 and redid A37 and A38
- Used pSB3K3 instead of pSB1AK3 this time
- Made small overnight broth of A32-A34,A36,A39-A41
