[] inoculate stuff to kit prep more DNA of (running low on some of the stuff we need to subclone/assemble)
- c0051', c0051-4, PMEI gene 6 (1,2,4)
 [] inoculate stuff that's good but we still need glycerol stocks of (T7 gene 6)
