Performed new sequencing PCR reaction.
srlD PCR product was digested with biobrick vector pSB1AK3 recieved from the registry.
Digestion was verified on a gel and purified through gel extraction.
Overnight ligation of insert into pSB1AK3 was allowed to run overnight.
Team Fungus:
Ran Azure B assay on 96 well plate.
Ran SDS PAGE gel.
Ran western blot with T7 tag antibody.
Grew overnight cultures for 5.r1.23 and 5.r1.20
