Set up a Digestion of the srlD PCR product as well as the pET28a vector. The Products were verified on a gel and extracted using a gel purification kit.
Performed practice assay on sheep liver sorbitol dehydrogenase. A statistically significant amount of replicants were done for eventual E.coli SDH comparison assays.

Team Fungus:
Transformed into Rosetta-gami 2(DE3)pLysS.
Made overnight cultures of colonies 5 & 6 in LB + KAN (30 ug/mL) media.
