We and Tsinghua team share some experience on how to do the transformation of ligation product.
We generalize some key words:
1. Make sure the concentration of the palsmids from the biobrick is high enough.
2. Keep a loe temprature when enzyme digestion is performed
3. The transformation product should be incubated for more than 1h.
