Integration bricks designed - James will now attempt to find some sequences for them.

Debriefing

Several of the groups have finished their work and so these members have been reassigned:

  • Yanis, Clinton - Research into the analysis of cell movement,
  • QQ, Chris and Tom - Identify RBS and terminators,
  • James and Erika - Integration Sequence,
  • Prudence and Krupa - Feasibility of the biomaterials,
  • Visas also need to be sorted out as well for the students who need them,
  • Also discussed the analysis of movement, discussed about using RFP constitutively expressed to enable a greater contrast for the bacterium to enable them to be tracked.
  • Also talked about asking Professor Tony Cass about what he is researching.
