1. Make LB plates: Using 125mL of LB, add 125uL of kanamycin antibiotic. Pour into empty sterile agar plates, allow time to solidify.
2. Glycerol Stocks: Using 900uL of glycerol, add 900uL of transformed DH5alpha cells. Place in dry ice bath (EtOH + dry ice), allow to 'snap freeze', then place in freezer @ -79C.
