Because of a lack of funding, Standard Assembly seems to be imminent. Today prepared two 5 mL o/n cultures of SOS and LacZ parts (J22106 and I723017) in LB/Amp broth (10 mL each). Incubated at 37.2C and 222 rpm. Tomorrow, Jess will miniprep the DNA of both.
