Trying ligation and transformation again. The last transformation (electroporation) popped (we forgot to dialyze it), and so there seems to be contamination.

This ligation we stopped the reaction by heat shock at 65C for 10 minutes after a 10 minute ligation (same mixture as last time). Will do a transformation with chemically competent cells.
