Testing the system

  1. Test input output as such (= test OmpR promotor etc)
  2. MEMORY TEST
    1. tot aan 2de terminator set, change c2 P22 to GFP
    2. anti-LuxI --> quantitate with Q-RT-PCR (vergelijk met LuxI expressie INVERTER)
  3. T7 karakterisatie (met LVA tag)
