How to pay your iGEM 2008 team registration fees
COST:
Team participation in iGEM 2008, the International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition, participation in a Teachers Workshop, and the iGEM 2008 Jamboree at MIT, associated materials and support.$1,000.00 USD per team
TERMS:
Payment of $1000.00 team registration fee must be received by MIT Conference Services by July 1, 2008. Payments after that date will increase $100.00.REFUND POLICY:
In order to qualify for a refund of your team registration fees, team cancellations must be sent in writing to iGEM at-sign mit.edu prior to attendance at a Teacher's Workshop. All refunds are subject to a $70 processing fee. Refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which they were received with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. There will be no refunds issued after July 1, 2008. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a team to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.INVOICES:
