Experiments

  • digest the biobrick BBa_B0034/32/30 with SpeI and pstI.
  • digest the biobrick BBa_B0070 and C0070-B0015 with XbaI and pstI.
  • run gel and purify fragments from agarose gels
  • ligate B0034 + C0070-B0015,B0032 + C0070,B0032 + C0070.
