Team Sorbitol:

Created stocks of M9 Minimal media

We then created 3 solutions:

M9 + Glucose M9 + acetate M9 + no other carbon source

With these we will be able to test the ability of cells to use a different carbon source than glucose (ideally all glucose will be converted to sorbitol once we genetically engineer the cell to produce it) Growth temperature changed from 30C to 37C to increase rate of growth
