Harvested the pBAD30 and pBAD18 from the cells using a Qiagen Miniprep Kit.

Stored this DNA in a -20 Freezer

Began cultures of MG1655 to use for cloning.

Experimented with different media recipes for optimal growth. M9 minimal media with: 1.) 20%glucose +++, 2.) 20% glycerol++, 3.) 20%acetate+
