Purified the PCR product from yesterday - not enough DNA for a digestion
Re-ran the PCR reaction from yesterday to get more product - however the reaction failed (no bands)
In the meantime designed a digestion reaction to use once we get enough product.
Team Fungus:
Took spec reading of Carbon and Nitrogen-limited cDNA
Worked on Wiki site
Worked on sponsorship
Made overnight cultures of: BL21 (x2), pBad33, pMcSG7, pet28a, pet28b, DH1 (x2), pBad21
Made and autoclaved more LB solution for future use
Designed new and longer primers
