Team Sorbitol:

Competent cells for MG1655, pBAD30,pBAD18, and DH5a

Team Fungus:
Ran digestion of pET28a and ran out on .75% agrose gel. All bands were correct size.
Used the QIAquick gel extraction kit to purify the double digested vector band. Spec reading of 14 ng/uL.
Ran overnight ligation at 4 degrees C.
