Dave discovered there is an NdeI site in the GFP RNAi construct! Thats what we get for using non standard sites. OK, plan B, ligate the strong promoter into the pSB1A2 plasmid alongside the complete construct. THEN put that into pDSK-GFPuv using EcoRI and PstI.
