    1. lane 1- GFP with P3/P4
    2. lane 2- GFP with P3/P5
    3. lane 3- GFP with VR/VF2
    • ladder: 1kb, NEB
    • result: gel showed one band in each of the three lanes. lane 1 and 2 about 900 bp, lane 3 about 1100 bp
