Part III Integration of two models
In the simplified genetic circuit on Part II, the reaction,
DNA.[hAID_LexA:DeGal4_lexO] -> DNA.[hAID_LexA:Gal4_lexO]
demonstrates the effiency of functional mutation over the reaction rate.
From the model in Part I, the rate is calculted throughout the simulated time axis. Therefore, the integrated model can simulate all the species concentrations over time, and solve the mutation problem in vivo theoretically.
