We started a transformation of 2 "random" parts that other teams seem to have managed to transform. Objective is just to succesfully get a good transformation. We tried this time using normal Te , Te10x and an other buffer. Hopfully will get some results this time..
Did Glycerol stock and mini prep of PhD2, PhD3, PSND grown overnight, using same protocol as before(Qiagen).
