Cell culture and miniprep
Cell cultures were examined, and the control for kanamycin turned out to be full of cells. This probably means that the Kanamycin stock is not active enough, and can account for the problems with the parts we tried to digest. We did a miniprep for all of the cultured cells, still, and we will check them in a gel for purity in any case.
