We worked on the simulation. So many equations!
In order to prepare the electrocompetent cells, we incubated for 4 hour our cells in SOB(according to the protocol)... But then, the OD600 was already at 1.6. We had to throw the cells away... :-( Therefore, we will do it another time tomorrow, but from now, we have to grow two new colonies overnight in 5ml of SOB.
We also prepared some new SOB for tomorrow needs.
