results:
- I remade the transformation with the testvector and two for us useless BioBricks via heat shock (Labbook KK1(2/3)) to test whether our competent cells are not good enought or whether the last time the Ampicillin resistance hadn't been developed fast enought
announcements:
- GMO contaminated vaste has to go into the seperated plastic bag (which when it is fill not more than 3/4 we can give to Mr. Phalipp)
