Blue-white screening and rifampicin test in GM2163

1. 0.5 ml of each liquid culture was plated on solid LB supplemented with 200 ug/ml rifampicin + Tetracycline
2. Plasmids were isolated from the rest of cultures.
3. Gel electrophoresis of isolated plasmids and gel-out of pZC320
4. Gel-outed plasmids were transformed to Top10 cells
