Preparation of pMPMT5-AID+AIDT7 construct

  1. Digest of confirmed plasmid pMPMT5-AID+AID-T7 with HindIII and SalI (2x Tango buffer).
  2. DNA gel electrophoresis.
  3. Isolation of DNA from proper band (3300 bp).
  4. Sequencing of isolated band with AIDseqP and T7Rseq.
