Goals:
-Retrieve lost Igem newsletter
-grow up more parts for test vector
-design test plasmid with program
-Inquire about bad parts (BBa_E0240 and psB1A10)
-complete 3A assembly with first BP gene
Results:
- got familiar with program for drawing vectors(plasmaDNA)
- found out E0240 was resent in newsletter for being a bad part
- completed digestion for first step of 3A assembly
