[x] gel purification and extraction of rfp' and tt, rbs and cI

[x] make 2 L of LB media

[x] ligation of rfp' and tt, cI (coo51) and rbs, ci (coo52) and rbs
- transformation tomorrow morning

- repeat diagnostic digestion frozen in the -20 to run on gel tomorrow.

- Strain of P. mendocina came in (KR1) not sure if it contains REN gene.
- Plated on LB, and innoculated liquid media for glycerol stock
