[x] full gel of PCR products (gene 6)
[x] diagnostic gel of t7 gene 6, t7 gene 5 (speedvacced from yesterday)
- Gene 5 is ok, but Gene 6 didn't work
[x] take out Plac rfp" (induced and uninduced) from 37C walk in
- Higher expression level for the uninduced
[x] transformation of c0052' and c0051', POCI rfp and gfp
[] gel extraction of t7 gene 6 (and diagnostic gel tomorrow?)
- PCR didn't work. Should repeat it again
[x] expose to UV plac gfp (1-4) (induced and uninduced), and pconst gfp (1-4) plates in 4 degree
- Didn't work. Should look for new gfp part?
