• Colony PCR of pSB1A2, pSB1A3, pSB3K3

PCR amplification of pRL1383a parts

Lane 1 and 12 is the tridye 2-log ladder, 2,3,4, &5 are the mob/rep region, the omega interposon, the negative and positive control, respectively amplified with Green Taq. Lanes 6 and 7 are the mob/rep and omega amplified with accuzyme. Lanes 8,9,10,&11 are the mob/rep region, the omega interposon, the negative and positive control, respectively amplified with velocity taq.
