lab work (SD): 

            Digested K102002 and K102008.1 with EcoRI + PstI (again)
            Incubated at 37 C for 1 hr
            Ran on 2% agarose gel at 110V for 50 min
            Excised small fragments from the gel and put them at -20 C for the long weekend

lab work (JD): 

             Mini-prep of K102007.1-K102007.9 and K102006.1-K102006.5 
             Sequencing of above samples
             Awaiting results
