                 Carried out mini-preps and sequencing on 8 colonies from O/Ns K102001.1 to K102001.8

lab work (SD): 

                 Resuspended Term0+ and Term0- and annealed.  
                 Digested T/A 0, K102002 and K102004 with BamHI and NcoI.
