lab work (SD): 

           Ran K102002/B+N and K102004/B+N on 2% agarose gel to purify.  
           Used QIAquick nucleotide removal standard protocol to purify T/A 0.  
           Ligated T/A 0 into K102002/B+N and K102004/B+N.
